If you are joining us for the first time and you need equipment please can you arrive with plenty of time to allow us to get you kitted out for your session. This enables us to make sure you get the most out of your time on the water.

✨ Covenham Sup Club is celebrating its 3rd year and is now Paddle UK Affiliated.✨

Adults (over 16’s) meet every Wednesday to develop skills, have friendly competitions and get knowledgable help with technique and equipment. All paddlers are allocated a group led by an instructor based on their ability/experience. No experience, don’t worry you will be well looked after. All this followed by a welcoming hot drink and biscuits in the clubhouse. This is where we plan Sup Club social paddles and other adventures.

 If you're using your own board, please bring your Paddle UK (British Canoeing) On The Water membership number. Please note that this is different to the digital membership.

  Even if the forecast is windy don’t be put off! The reservoir walls can often offer protection from the wind. If conditions are unsuitable there are lots of shore based knowledge and planning sessions to get involved in and enjoy!

(Shore based sessions are free).

The Covenham SUP Club is free for members and £10 for non-members. Board hire is a £5 donation.

Insurance is required for anyone using their own kit (Insurance included in the Paddle UK On The Water membership is adequate).

We aim to hold as many Wednesday evenings as possible, this is dependant on instructor availability and weather conditions and will publish dates in advance. 16+ only (for the time being).
