- Capsize / Emergency
- Sailing in a blow
- Basic Trapezing
Basic On the water
- Tacking / Gybing
- Upwind / Downwind sail setting
- Upwind / Downwind positions and trim
- Launching and recovering
- Capsize drill
Race training on the water
- Advanced Tacking / Gybing
- Advanced Upwind / Downwind etc
- Start line exercises and practice
- Laylines and Mark rounding
