Ordinary Member - Supplementary Membership for Spouse or Civil Partner
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberSupplementary Membership for Spouse or Civil Partner. This membership confers the same rights as the Primary membership.
All members require a fob if they wish to access the building. New members - For access to our premises please ensure you order a Door Entry Fob (refundable deposit).
Country Member
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberThose residing outside a radius of 25 miles from EPS Premises as measured by Google Maps, point-to-point.
Country Members are not eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
All members wishing to access the building require a fob. New members - For access please ensure you order a Door Entry Fob (refundable deposit).
Donation
Annual End Date: 31st AugustIf you would like to donate to EPS please select this option and use the quantity field to indicate how much you would like to donate. As a Scottish Charitable Organisation, if you have agreed to Gift Aid, EPS will also be able to reclaim tax. Thank you.
Ordinary Member
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberFull ordinary members, as described by the Constitution (allows attendance at all meetings, participating in Society activities, holding of office, voting at AGM, membership of all sub groups and use of facilities at advertised rates).

Door Entry Fob Deposit
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberAll members, wishing to access our premises, require a key fob. Order your Fob here (refundable deposit).
Student Member / Under 25s
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberProof of full-time attendance at a recognised educational establishment is required. For under 25s proof of age.
All members require a fob if they wish to access the building. New members - For access to our premises please ensure you order a Door Entry Fob (refundable deposit).
Studio (Annual Fee)
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberFor EPS members only. Annual fee to use the EPS studio facilities. This is additional to your membership. The studio must not be used for professional/commercial purposes. (You must undergo training before first use. You are responsible for leaving the Studio in a clean and tidy condition after use.)
Locker (Annual Fee)
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberFor EPS members only. Annual locker rental (Sep-Aug). This is in addition to your membership.
Darkroom (Annual Fee)
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberFor EPS members only. Nil Fee for 2024/25.
Annual use of Darkroom facilities. This is in addition to your membership. The darkroom must not be used for professional/commercial purposes. (You must undergo induction before first use. You are responsible for leaving the Darkroom in a clean and tidy condition after use.) New users please email enquiries@edinburghphotographicsociety.co.uk for induction.
Replacement Door Entry Fob
Annual End Date: 31st AugustAll members wishing to access our premises require a door fob. If you lose your fob you are required to pay for a replacement.
