Ordinary Member - Supplementary Membership for Spouse or Civil Partner
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberSupplementary Membership for Spouse or Civil Partner. This membership confers the same rights as the Primary membership.
Note: Voting rights at AGMs or SGMs of the Society are restricted to members who are over 18 years of age.
All members require a fob if they wish to access the building. New members - For access to our premises please ensure you order a Door Entry Fob (refundable deposit).
Student Member
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberTo be eligible, Student members must be undertaking a full-time course at a University, College of Further Education, or similar educational establishment at the time of joining or renewing their membership. This will be evidenced by producing a matriculation card or other acceptable documentation as verification of their eligibility to this category of membership.
They are entitled to all privileges of membership on payment of the prevailing subscriptions and fees for that Society year.
When their eligibility to student membership ceases, at the next renewal date and thereafter, they may be admitted by Council to an alternative membership category of the Society without further application by them, and subject to the payment of prevailing membership subscription and fees for the Society year.

Donation
Annual End Date: 31st AugustIf you would like to donate to EPS please select this option and use the quantity field to indicate how much you would like to donate. As a Scottish Charitable Organisation, if you have agreed to Gift Aid, EPS will also be able to reclaim tax. Thank you.
Ordinary Member
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberFull ordinary members, as described by the Constitution (allows attendance at all meetings, participating in Society activities, holding of office, voting at AGMs and SGMs, membership of all sub groups and use of facilities at advertised rates).

Country Member
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberThose residing outside a radius of 25 miles from EPS Premises as measured by Google Maps, point-to-point.
Country Members are not eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting of the Society.
All members wishing to access the building require a fob. New members - For access please ensure you order a Door Entry Fob (refundable deposit).
18-25 Member
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberTo be eligible for this category, members must be aged at least 18 and not reached the age of 25 at the date of joining or renewing their membership. Documentary evidence of age such as a copy of a driving licence, birth certificate or other government issued document must be provided at the point of membership application.
They are entitled to all privileges of membership on payment of the prevailing subscriptions and fees for that Society year.
When a member reaches the age of 25, at the next renewal date and thereafter, they may be admitted by Council to an alternative membership category of the Society without further application by them, and subject to the payment of prevailing membership subscription and fees for the Society year.

Studio (Annual Fee)
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberFor EPS members only. Annual fee to use the EPS studio facilities. This is additional to your membership. The studio must not be used for professional/commercial purposes. (You must undergo training before first use. You are responsible for leaving the Studio in a clean and tidy condition after use.)
Locker (Annual Fee)
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberFor EPS members only. Annual locker rental (Sep-Aug). This is in addition to your membership.
Door Entry Fob Deposit
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberAll members, wishing to access our premises, require a key fob. Order your Fob here (refundable deposit).
Darkroom (Annual Fee)
Annual End Date: 30th SeptemberFor EPS members only. Nil Fee for 2024/25.
Annual use of Darkroom facilities. This is in addition to your membership. The darkroom must not be used for professional/commercial purposes. (You must undergo induction before first use. You are responsible for leaving the Darkroom in a clean and tidy condition after use.) New users please email enquiries@edinburghphotographicsociety.co.uk for induction.
Replacement Door Entry Fob
Annual End Date: 31st AugustAll members wishing to access our premises require a door fob. If you lose your fob you are required to pay for a replacement.
