RYA Level 1 / 2 sailing course
RYA Level 1 & 2 combined sailing course. This course will be run at Buzz Active in Eastbourne. The course will take place either on a lake or on the sea, depending on conditions.
Course Dates. 3 Sundays in August and 1 in September: 8th, 15th, 22nd August, then 5th September 2021
The course includes:
- Hastings & St Leonards Sailing Club membership for the whole of 2021
- The course handbook “Start Sailing” and the RYA log book
- Introductory evening at Hastings & St Leonards Sailing Club, where the group members can meet each other and members of the Hastings & St Leonards training team
- The cohort of trainees will be trained as a “Hastings” group by Buzz, thereby keeping the group together
- On completion of the training and attaining the RYA level 2 students will then undertake a familiarisation session at Hastings both on land and on shore for rigging our club boats, launching etc
- Successful trainees will have free use of training boats on Saturdays for the remainder of the season.
Please complete a separate application per person - one overall payment can be made where applicable.
The course costs £280.
