New for Young Athletes

A Fun, Full-Body Workout at Parliament Hill Track

Choose from Tuesday at 5pm and Saturday at 10am

High Five is a one-hour fitness session at Parliament Hill Athletics Track led by a qualified athletics coach. We combine training drills used by athletes from five event groups to improve all-round fitness.

Our training drills are easy to master, and you don’t need any prior experience in athletics. Everyone in the class exercises at their own pace with supervision and encouragement.

We are currently booking our first series of 6 sessions in November and December.
