Members are encouraged to pay their subscriptions and fees now for the 2025 season. Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment if you can. Otherwise Paypal, or use the card machine at the club or cash to the Treasurer. Please email holylochsc@gmail.com for any enquiries.

Family membership
Annual End Date: 31st March- One or two co-habiting adults and with at least one child under the age of eighteen within their guardianship.
- Once a young person reaches eighteen years old - intermediate membership applies.

Annual End Date: 31st MarchA person over the age of 21 who participates in any water sport activities in the club, they will have one vote.

Junior member
Annual End Date: 31st March- A young person who, at the date of joining, is between the ages of 10 but under the age of 18.
- Members under the age of 16 are eligible to attend Cadet training (see separate subscription)
- At the discretion of the Cadet Officer they may continue up to age 18.
- If you are applying for Junior Membership JUST to attend CADET TRAINING, please apply for both together and we will confirm if there is a place.
- Once a young person reaches eighteen years old - intermediate membership applies.

Social member
Annual End Date: 31st MarchAn individual, over the age of 17 who supports the purposes of the club, but is not a regular active participant on the water. They participant in the social activities of the club. They shall have one vote.

- Race fees annual payment to be paid by the owner or skipper includes all one day races and series 1,2 and 3 racing but does not include special events or the Polaris Regatta

Cadet Training Fees
Annual End Date: 31st MarchCadets is currently full - please join the waiting list at www.hlsc.co.uk. If you are a returning cadet or have been allocated a place please use this below
To attend cadet training young people need to be either:
- Part of a family membership OR
- A junior member OR
- An intermediate member.
Please apply for the appropriate membership and then add the payment for your cadet training fees. We will check whether there is a place at cadet traininig before confirming.

Mooring licence

- For a mooring in the HLSC patch. If you do not have one, we will check availability before we confirm.
- We share details of mooring holders with Crown Estates or their agents
- Note increase in line with Crown Estate rise in 2024
