2023 sees the 9th year of Ladies That Launch.

These sessions are open to all lady Members of the club (16+) of all levels of ability. If you haven’t been before and are interested, please contact Sarah on press@highcliffesailing.co.uk.

The Friday sessions will be run as usual by RYA Qualified Instructors 

Friday sessions start a 6pm (please come ready to go on the water) ending at 8-8:30 with a debrief & the bar will be open.

This year the sessions will be free of charge and all the club boats will be available for use

We have 4 RS Zests, 2 Laser Picos, 1 Laser, 1 Topper and a big Hartely 15 for use.

These sessions are for members only.  If you have a friend who would like to join, but who is not a member, they are welcome to come and watch, but if they would then like to participate, we ask that they become a member.  As HSC are absorbing all the cost for these sessions, we do require participants to be members. Please speak to a Committee member if you would like more information. 

You will need clothing suitable to go in the water. Choice of wetsuit, drysuit or old clothes and water proofs etc is up to you. The only items the club does insist on is a buoyancy aid when on the water (not life jacket) and footwear at all times when outside.

If the weather is bad, training will still take place, there are plenty of activities planned for bad weather.
