Elfin Sleepover at Cudham, Friday 13th December  

Time for the annual Elfin Sleepover at Cudham!

Those who've been before will know how fun it is for our youngest Woodies to meet Elfins from other districts and to share in the fun together.

Charge for Elfins will be £25 and for supporting adults £15. These prices will help to keep our wonderful Cudham retreat open and in business!

To secure your young person's place, please can you finalise your booking by Friday 1st November.

Kit List:

• Pyjamas (not night dresses please; tracksuit is a good alternative)
• Outdoor shoes
• Coat
• Toothbrush
• Sleeping bag, pillow
• Mascot /cuddly toy
• Change of clothes not required but extra socks helpful
• £5 maximum pocket money for the shop (optional)

Elfins should arrive having had their main evening meal on Friday: a light supper will be supplied. Saturday breakfast and light brunch will be eaten at the Centre. All meals will be vegetarian

Pick up is at 12 noon on Saturday – please can you car share where possible as it’s a very small carpark.

Please no mobile phones or electronic games

Schedule:

Friday Evening

7pm Arrive Cudham: squash, tea, and coffee on arrival.

Register and name stickers/badges.

All bags to pre allocated dorms

7.30pm Welcome circle housekeeping/ news/sleepover plan get ready for walk  

8.00pm Evening walk

8.45 PJs supper /sing

9.15 teeth

9.30 silence cry

Saturday Morning

7.30am Rising cry /freshen up/brush teeth

8.00am Pack bags leave at the cabin or straight to cars

8.15am Set up tables and chairs for breakfast

8.30am Breakfast

9.30am Craft activities /free time

10.30am Cudham shop open

11.15am Brunch and singalong

11.50 Closing circle

12.00 Time to leave the Centre
