Before you make your booking please contact iosschouse@outlook.com to make sure that the hall is available at your chosen time.

Hire of the Function Hall at IOS Sailing Club. The bar can be organised with 14 days notice with the staffing costs to the hirer. The number of staff is at the Bar Manager's discretion.

The kitchen is not available

Cars are not permitted in the boat park but vehicles may be unloaded at the promenade entrance.

Please inform everyone that IOSSC is a cash free venue and to bring a card.

The hall should be left clean and tidy and rubbish and decorations must be taken away at the end of day hire or by 10am for evening hire.

Balloons and sky lanterns may not be released and fireworks and pyrotechnics may not be used on IOSSC property. The club must not be used for illegal or antisocial activities.

Fire doors must be unlocked at all times when the hall is in use.

All damage or accidents must be reported to IOSSC and the hirer may be responsible for costs if the committee feel there is liability to action.

IOSSC and its representatives will not be held responsible for any damage, loss of goods, property or equipment or for personal injury on the club's premises or land, however caused.

In the event of the refusal to comply with these conditions or instructions given by the club, or the hirer any persons attending the function may be excluded.
