Open Water Training
Great news - following careful consideration, Keynsham Lifesaving Club has decided to resume training!
In these unusual times we will need to adapt our approach to keep everyone safe, but we'll still be offering an exciting training programme - packed full of engaging and informative sessions.
Keynsham Pool is reopening in September but they have not yet confirmed when they will be accepting bookings from clubs. When they do reopen, it's quite likely that we'll be asked to move to a different day / time, and we may have to adapt our usual training format to ensure we can run sessions safely. Whilst we await further clarity from the pool, we've decided to resume open-water training at Bristol Avon Sailing Club.
The safety of our members and volunteers is always our top priority. This means that these sessions will be different to the open-water sessions that we’ve run in previous years, as we have put measures in place to comply with the government’s coronavirus guidelines.
Here are three things that you need to do before you book...

3) Please ensure that your online membership form is up-to-date (in particular details of any medical conditions, and your emergency contacts) before you book.
