Home > Member Lectures
The evening lecture programme forms part of the membership benefits and covers an extensive range of topics relating to art and architecture. The programme typically includes four online lectures, and two in-person lectures each year. All online lectures and, where possible, in-person lectures, will be recorded, with the recording available for viewing for at least two weeks.
Non-members may not attend member lectures, unless as a member’s guest.
Each lecture lasts for one hour. The lectures are free to members, but registration is required.
Online lectures are delivered via Zoom. A link is emailed to attendees on the morning of the event.
In-person lectures are generally held at The Art Workers’ Guild, 6 Queen Square, London WC1N 3AT, and usually start at 6pm. They are followed by an opportunity to socialise and discuss the lecture with other members, and to talk to the speaker. Subject to availability of places, members can invite guests for a fee of £5 each.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BOOKING CLOSES 48 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT.
