Our courses, led by an acknowledged authority in the subject, are designed to give members a chance to explore a wide range of new or familiar topics in the fields of art and architecture, at a level to suit their own expertise. Courses are either in-person or online and consist of either five weekly two-hour sessions or a two-day study event with four hours of lectures each day (either on consecutive days or over two weeks). Online courses and, where possible, in-person courses are recorded (subject to lecturer permission) and available to ticketholders for two weeks after the event.

In the past, courses have been open to Society members only. From 1^st January 2025 non-members are allowed to attend certain events at the Organiser’s discretion at a non-member rate. Please see individual event booking page for further information.

Fees for Society members are £125 in-person and £110 online for a five-week course or £98 in-person and £88 online for a two-day study event.

Fees for non-members are £145 in-person and £130 online for a five-week course or £118 in-person and £108 online for a two-day study event.

It is not possible to pay for part of a course.
