Laser Open Meeting

at Leigh & Lowton Sailing Club

Eligibility and Entry
The event is open to Full, Radial and 4.7 rigs.
Entry Fees
- on line before end of 5th November £10 (£5 for LLSC members)
- online entry for visitors will open on 24th October
- Entry is online only- no cash on the day entries
Schedule
- Briefing via Zoom Friday 6th November 19:00. There will not be a briefing on the day of the event
- First warning signal 10.27
- 4 races are scheduled.
- The Galley will be open all day for take-aways- Breakfast, lunch and afternoon cake.
Scoring
- PY handicaps will not be used; each rig will be treated as a separate fleet.
- Any change of rig or sail number must be notified to the race committee at least 45 minutes before the first warning signal and changes during the day are not permitted.
Covid-19 Restrictions
- The changing rooms and showers will not be open. Competitors must change outside.
- Toilet facilities in the clubhouse will be open- please follow the signs.
- Masks must be worn in the clubhouse and you should access the clubhouse for the toilets and galley only.
