Fees
- Online Entry is £10 and will close at 23:59 on Thursday 27th June 2019.
- £15 cash on the day
Catering
Our renowned galley will be open, serving hot food in the morning and at lunch and hot drinks and cakes until the sailing is finished. This is not included in the entry fee.
The bar will be open after sailing.
A “Black Tie” dinner will be available on the Saturday evening, in conjunction with the Enterprise class. Non-sailors are very welcome to attend the “Black Tie” dinner and this must be pre-booked online.
Camping/Accommodation
Motorhomes may use the top area of the car park on Friday and Saturday night of the event.
The use of tents is strictly limited and must be booked with Martin Tubb at least 1 week prior to the event, on a first come first served basis. There is no additional charge for motorhomes or tents.
The field adjacent to the top car park area is out of bounds and must not be used.
Please contact Martin Tubb if you wish to use a tent and for access details if arriving on Friday evening.

Registration: from 10.00 on Saturday 29th June 2019.

3 races are scheduled.
The scheduled time of the Warning Signal for the first race is 11:27.
Insurance
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of at least £3,000,000.
Risk Statement
Rule 4 of the Racing Rules of Sailing states: “The responsibility for a boat’s decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone.”
Sailing is by its nature an unpredictable sport and therefore involves an element of risk. By taking part in the event, each competitor agrees and acknowledges that:
a) They are aware of the inherent element of risk involved in the sport and accept responsibility for the exposure of themselves, their crew and their boat to such inherent risk whilst taking part in the event;
b) They are responsible for the safety of themselves, their crew, their boat and their other property whether afloat or ashore;
c) They accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss to the extent caused by their own actions or omissions;
d) Their boat is in good order, equipped to sail in the event and they are fit to participate;
e) The provision of a race management team, patrol boats, umpires and other officials and volunteers by the organiser does not relieve them of their own responsibilities;
f) The provision of patrol boat cover is limited to such assistance, particularly in extreme weather conditions, as can be practically provided in the circumstances.
