How to use this WebCollect system:
If you arealready a member of the Club, simply add all your choices of further Subscription Products to your basket and go to Checkout to place your order. You will receive an email confirming your order and asking you to make payment. Please check availability of limited facilities BEFORE placing your order. If your requirements are not available, the Membership Secretary will get back to you shortly to let you know and to suggest any other options that may be available.
If you areapplying for new membership, you will already have discussed your requirements with a Club officer and will know what Subscription Products are available. Start by adding these to your basket and go to Checkout. You will then be asked to Sign up and complete the WebCollect registration process, filling in your own details, and then (if applicable) adding details of family members, partners or dependants to your membership group. You will then be guided through the process to complete the relevant information. Finally, submit your application by selecting Place Order. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and dealing with any points that may arise. Your application will then go to the committee for approval before you receive email confirmation and a request to make payment.
Payments can currently be made either by an online bank payment or by cheque.
Adult Individual full membership
Annual End Date: 30th NovemberFor someone aged 18 and over on January 1st of the subscription year.
A 50% discount is available for young sailors aged under 25 on January 1st of the subscription year.
A Senior discounted rate is available for an existing member aged 75 and over on January 1st of the subscription year, who has had more than 10 years' continuous full membership.
New members should buy a Joining Fee.
Youth membership
Annual End Date: 30th NovemberThis subscription can only be requested by the Parent or Guardian of the Youth.
Match quantity to number of Youth Members applying.
For someone aged between 10 and 18 years on January 1st of the subscription year, whose parents or guardian are not members of the Club.
New members should buy a single Joining Fee (youth rate) with this subscription.
Out of port membership
Annual End Date: 30th NovemberOnly available to ex-full or ex-family members; see Club Rule 9.1.f
Joining Fee
Period: 0This only applies to new members.
Family / Joint membership
Annual End Date: 30th NovemberTo include one or two adults (aged 18 and over on January 1st of the subscription year) and their children under the age of 18, or under the age of 22 and in full-time education, living at the same address. Each adult has the same rights and privileges as adult individual full members.
A Senior discounted rate is available if at least one adult is aged 75 and over on January 1st of the subscription year, and has had more than 10 years' continuous full membership.
New members should buy a single Joining Fee (adult rate) with this subscription.
Social membership
Annual End Date: 30th NovemberFor a non-sailing member, who may use only the facilities in the Club House, and is not entitled to sailing facilities or voting rights.
New members should buy a Joining Fee.
Winter cruiser storage
Annual End Date: 31st MarchFor sailing members of the Club:
Limited cruiser storage is available in the Club Car Park – Check availability with Cruiser Captain /Sailing Secretary BEFORE placing your order.
Cruiser storage runs from 1st October to 31st March (while the Harbour is closed).
Application for Winter dinghy storage
Annual End Date: 31st MarchFor sailing members of the Club:
Limited space available - only available if this application accepted by Dinghy Park Supervisor.
Winter storage is only available from 1st October until 31st March & for those who have a Summer dinghy space. Preference will be given to members who will continue to sail/race through the winter. Summer & previous winter race attendance will also be taken into account.
Only one dinghy application per person will be accepted.
Dinghies with overall dimensions (including launch trailer) greater than 5.45m x 1.8/2.0m (18ft x 6ft) cannot be accommodated.
All dinghies with removable masts will be allocated a space on the "Laser racks".
(No payment with this order please – payment will be requested later when successful applications are confirmed)

- Dinghy space up to 5.45m including launch trailer: £53
- Laser rack - lower £48
- Laser rack - middle £41
- Laser rack - top £34
- Optimist rack - £34
Space in Club Car Park
Annual End Date: 30th NovemberCheck availability with Membership Secretary BEFORE placing your order.
Possession of a permit does not guarantee that space will be available in the car park, and all parking is on the basis of first-come-first-served.
Full car permit: unrestricted days and times;
Midweek car permit: Monday - Friday inclusive;
Limited car permit: NOT weekends, Bank Holidays or Wednesdays after 5pm;
If you may want to use your permit for two alternative cars on different occasions, buy an Alternative Car sticker and give both registration numbers.
(Holders of a car permit may also use it for their motorbike or scooter instead of their car.)
Motorbike /scooter ONLY permit: unrestricted days and times.
Launching Fee
Annual End Date: 31st MarchThis covers the annual Harbour Slipway Launching Fee payable by all harbour users without a mooring.
Buy a separate Launching Fee for each boat.
