Curl Ayrshire Charity is a company formed in 2024, to build and run a brand new ice rink for curling in Ayrshire. At a Special General Meeting of Ayr Curling Club in October 2024, the members voted overwhelmingly to wind up Ayr Curling Club, and transfer all the assets and members to Curl Ayrshire Charity.

Curl Ayrshire Charity has charitable status from OSCR and will seek funding from large and small donors. Currently a number of sites have been considered. South Ayrshire Council have been very supportive in our aim to build a top quality curling facility for Ayrshire.
