Members need to create a WebCollect account.

Use the sign up button and enter your name, email and a password of your choosing. It will ask you to enter your address and phone number. click save.

Click on the new members button: You have 5 options: 4 membership options and a boat one. 

Members should select the category of membership they wish to have: Family, Adult, 2 Adult or Junior.

A family with 2 adults and 2 children should select family.

2 adult members wiill pay 1 £30 adult subscription. 

Then add the number of boats you are using in club events.

Click on checkout, you should have a membership category and a boat(s) in your basket. (2 adults with 1 boat will have 2 items. A family with 4 boats will have 5 items)

If you have added family membership or 2 adult you need to add the family members names and email details. Press save.

You will then be asked for your boat details. Press save

You then reach the insurance page. Put your name in the agreement box. You are consenting to GDPR, Risk statement, Insurance Declaration, you have relevant harbour trust stickers. Press save.

You then reach an order page. Check the details. We only accept bank transfer or standing order payments. Nearly all members have a standing order/bank transfer set up, so by clicking order you are confirming that is the case.

DON'T change existing standing orders. I can identify you without the code. If I am in doubt, you will get an email!

You will get an email confirming your 'order'. 

You will get a second email when the standing order has been paid at the end of March/beginning of April saying complete.
