RYA Sailing Level 1 Course (Autumn Open Day)
This is an introductory RYA (Royal Yachting Association) Dinghy Sailing course, on completion the RYA level 1 certificate will be awarded. No previous experience is required, however being confident to swim 25 Metres unaided is a requirement.
This is Saturday Afternoons, starting at 14:00Hrs until 17:00Hrs. Starting 19th September through to 17th October, Weather permitting.
Please bring suitable clothing to go afloat with, i.e. wetsuits, old trainers, clothing you don't mind becoming wet etc. The club does have various sailing wear that can be borrowed, Bouyancy Aids and if required, helmets, are available to borrow :)
All instruction is under the guidance of our RYA qualified Instructors with Safety Boat in attendance.
