Dart Loop Trip 2018
The Dart Loop is a great trip for those who have a bit of whitewater experience. The section is 5km of classic grade 2/3 river starting at Newbridge and finishing at Dart Country Park. We will be staying at a bunkhouse or static caravan near Dartmoor. The cost is £95 and includes catering from Saturday am to Sunday lunch, accommodation, transport, equipment etc.. We normally stop at the Country Park for their fantastic carvery (not included in cost) before the long trek home. Some spending money will be advised to get something to eat on the journey. With features such as Lovers Leap, Washing Machine, Spin Dryer, Triple Falls; you know you are in for a treat on this well paddled river.
Trip Date: 2nd-4th February 2018 (Bookings shut: 20th January 2018)
Purpose of Trip: Whitewater Coaching, Recreational, Fitness
Minimum Ability Level: Good level 2 Star with 10 hours whitewater experience or 3 Star trainee.
Equipment: Free use of Club boats and your own whitewater equipment. You should have your own whitewater specific helmet, cag and buoyancy aid as a minimum.
