Membership categories and annual subscription charges are detailed below.
Associate Membership
Annual End Date: 31st DecemberNon sailors, who wish to participate in club social activities & benefit from the facilities of the clubhouse.
Boat storage
Annual End Date: 31st DecemberAdditional boats £67.50
Only applicable to Ordinary Memberships - Includes the use of a boat park space, and rights to sail the boat at the Club
Ordinary Membership
Annual End Date: 31st DecemberOne or two adults, plus any number of children under the age of 18. The privileges of ordinary membership shall comprise:-
(a) the right to participate in all the activities and facilities of the Club, and to fly the Club Burgee;
(b) the right to vote at all general meetings and to hold office (Excluding members under the age of 18 years of age).
(c) To berth a dinghy(s) in the club dinghy park on payment of appropriate fee.
Ordinary members will get priority on SCSC training courses.
Temporary Membership
Monthly SubscriptionTemporary Membership for all members of a family, living at the same address, covers a period not exceeding 3 months in any one calendar year.
IF YOU ARE TAKING OUT TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP IN ORDER TO BOOK A COURSE, PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDINARY MEMBERS WILL HAVE PRIORITY AND ANY REMAINING AVAILABILITY WILL THEN BE OFFERED TO TEMPORARY MEMBERS
