How to Book
Click 'add to basket' to book a place for your child, proceed to 'checkout' and follow the instructions accordingly. Please make payment at the time of booking to secure your child's place. Payments not made at the time of booking will be cancelled and places will not be guaranteed thereafter. Once payment has been made, payments are non-refundable.
All new Spartans participating in our basketball program from 1st September 2025 need to pay an annual £24 membership fee (1st September 2025 - 31st August 2026) using the link on WebCollect home page or via the booking form. Please ensure the yearly membership form is completed and the fee is paid for in conjunction with your termly booking. Children will be unable to take part in sessions until the yearly membership form has been completed and payment has been received.
Payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other Spartans sessions or if your child no longer takes part for any reason. There is a minimum of 10 training sessions in a term, so in the event that any sessions are cancelled by Spartans there will always be a minimum of 10 sessions.
All players must wear a Spartans t-shirt for their training sessions which will be available to purchase online for £17 via a link on the WebCollect homepage. Once payment has been made, your child's t-shirt will be ordered and will be available to pick up at a training session. Please note that t-shirts can take a few weeks after ordering.
