Spartans Basketball Academy has been set up with a range of subscriptions to illustrate the different options for configuring your membership subscriptions. You can change or remove these, and add new subscription products.
Spartans Annual Membership Form
Annual End Date: 31st August
Until August 31st 2026 £24
All new players attending sessions from the 1st September 2025 will need to complete this membership form and make payment of £24. Membership is paid yearly. and expires on the 31st August of each year.
Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
