Spartans Annual Membership Form

All Spartans players are required to have a valid annual membership.

Our annual membership costs £24 and runs from 1st September to 31st August.

Membership renewal: Memberships must be renewed at the end of August each year to remain valid for the new season.

New members: Anyone joining Spartans during the 2026/27 season must complete the annual membership form and pay the £24 membership fee alongside their first term booking. Players cannot participate until both the membership form and payment have been received.

Existing members: If you joined Spartans from 1 September 2025 onwards, your previous membership expired on 31 August 2026 and must now be renewed for the 2026/27 season. Please click Renew above to complete your renewal.

Please note: Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
