Traditional Christmas Dinner Party
Now that Covid restrictions have been relaxed the good news is that there will be a Traditional Christmas Dinner at the club this year on 27 November. The not so good news is that numbers will be restricted to 60, so to avoid disappointment you are advised to book early!
Our excellent caterers, Wych’s Kitchen, will be providing the meal
Canapés on arrival
Local roasted Turkey breast or homemade nut roast
Sage Apricot and red onion stuffing
Pan fried Brussels with Cavolo Nero, chestnuts and cranberries
Braised red cabbage
Honeyed chantenay carrots
Herby Roasted Potatoes
Local pigs in blankets
Dessert - pears poached in red wine with a ginger cream and a mini mince pie
(Please indicate on the booking form if you would like the vegetarian option or have any food allergies).
Seating will be in tables of six so, if you have a group you wish to be seated with, please name them when booking.
The festive party atmosphere will be generated mainly by yourselves, but assisted by a selection of canapés on arrival, Christmas Crackers, table and club room decorations, a Christmas tree and, between courses, party fun and games, (not to mention a little alcohol), all aided and abetted by a DJ playing background Christmas music and ending the evening with a party disco.
