Youth Sailing and Coaching 2021
Weir Wood Sailing Club has a long tradition of introducing children and young people to sailing. Our aim is to introduce children and young people to the sport of sailing in a safe, controlled but fun environment.
Weir Wood Sailing club is a members club, with organised youth activities for its members aged between 8 and 17 on Saturday afternoons from late April until late July and from September to the end of October.
Non members can take part in the the Beginners group and complete up to RYA Youth Stage 1 (typically 4 session) or if more experienced can register for up to 2 taster session with either Youth Sailing or Race Coaching. After which they must become members of WWSC to continue.
Members may use their own boats or hire a club boat in advance.

COVID 19 Restrictions
Please read our guidelines carefully before you book or set off to visit WWSC and please keep checking them before making future visits, since they will be periodically updated with the latest information.
You are asked to declare at booking and arrival that no one in your household or bubble has shown any symptoms of COVID 19 in the past 2 weeks. If that situation changes please DO NOT ATTEND and email training@wwsc.org.uk to let us know.We will endeavour to reschedule your session for a later date. |
