Welcome to the WebCollect site for Addlestone Canoe Club. On this site you can pay for your membership subscriptions and boat storage fees, sign up for trips away, and other social events.
Addlestone Canoe Club is a charity run completely by volunteers, in cases of hardship please speak to the Chairperson, Membership Secretary or Treasurer in the strictest confidence to discuss your individual circumstances or payments in instalments.
With your membership, you get access to hired club equipment, use of the changing facilities & clubroom, courses, organised trips, events, social activities, the use of the fitness area (after induction) & 10% off at the Whitewater Canoe Centre.
Your membership supports our work as a charity through providing canoeing & paddlesport activities for people in the community.

WebCollect is used for all of our membership subscriptions and course/event bookings. All Members & participants must be registered to be able to book online. If you are new to Addlestone Canoe Club, then when you click on Sign up, you will be asked to register and create an account.
Go Cardless is our payment software and payment will only be taken when a course, event or membership subscription is booked/taken out. Please note this is a one-off payment and will not automatically renew.
Membership
All new members need to have a club coach named on their membership application, who has assessed their ability to join the club, and have to be formally approved by the Committee.
Junior members must have an accompanying adult who is also a member of the club. Parents/guardians of new junior members should take out either Adult, Family or Associate Membership & add the Junior member as a second subscription.
