RYA Seamanship Skills
This course is taught in doublehanders, and packs in lots of practical skills. It also will increase your understanding of how boats work to enable you to sail them more efficiently.
It includes, reefing afloat, anchoring, sailing backwards, rudderless sailing (yes you can sail your boat where you want it to go without a rudder), centreboardless sailing and inversion capsize. Lots of fun learning these new practical skills. We run it over a weekend at Peterhead.
