Welcome to the home of Belper Netball Club!

We're a friendly, competitive yet growing club for both adult and junior players, who value commitment, kindness and inclusion. We have training and matches for all of our adult players, and are working hard to find more competition for our juniors. 

Monthly Update! 

Happy July! We are very excited to welcome everyone back for the remainder of the 2024 season.  

Wednesday nights - adults 

We train every Wednesday evening at Lees Brook Community School in Chaddesden (DE21 4QX) from September - it's a fantastic venue, and allows us to get some great training in ahead of match nights!

18:30 - 19:30: Rockets, Phoenix & Blaze

19:30 - 20:30: Sparks, Flames & Inferno 

20:30 - 21:30: Dynamite, Ignites & Fire 

Session 2 and 3 will alternate on a monthly basis.

Saturday mornings - Juniors 

All of our juniors train every term time Saturday morning at Rykneld Sports Centre in Mackworth (DE22 4FB) - it's a lovely venue, and perfect for parents and guardians to watch from off court. 

From 01 January 2024, all junior players will be on a monthly standing order for payment. Please email the club for more information. 

We run 3 sessions through the morning, allowing as many players as possible to get on court and get a love for the game. We're always welcoming more junior players, get in touch at belpernetballclub@gmail.com to make sure we've got the right session for your player. 

09:00 - 10:00: Loki 

10:00 - 11:00: Embers

     11:00 - 12:00: Comets & Phoenix

All sessions will be at Rykneld Sports Centre in Mackworth, and ran by Harriet Kelly and Jo Thomson (UKCC Level 2 Coaches), with help from our Level 1 Coaches, Georgia and Lauren.

If you are unsure on which session would be best for you, or you've got any questions at all, please feel free to contact either Harriet Kelly (our level 2 coach) by emailing us at belpernetballclub@gmail.com or via our facebook page and we can discuss your experience and which session we think will be best suited to you.

All sessions will be led by one of our UKCC Level 2 Coaches, Harriet Kelly or Jo Thomson, supported by our Level 1 Coach, Lauren Harrington. 

All sessions are £6.00 (1 hours adults) or payable via standing order for our Juniors. 

 ENGLAND NETBALL AFFILIATION
In order for us as a club to be covered by our insurance, everyone attending a Belper Netball Club session must be England Netball affiliated, membership for the 2023/24 season is now available and you must complete it in order to play or train.

Please make sure you have completed this after your first session, and before your next session! Insurance is invalid without this, and you will not be able to play without it. If it's your first session, you must have an England Netball account - you're able to come along to your first session without being affiliated!

Your membership will give you access to many tools and resources, early access to events when they start again and will enable you to play in many leagues across the country should you wish to. You can find more information here, or please drop us an email and we can help you with your affiliation.

Cancellations 

We are only able to process refunds for any session if we receive notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event starting.
