RYA level 3 : Sailing with Spinnakers
We are offering one of the RYA level 3 dinghy courses, Sailing with Spinnakers.
This covers the rigging and use of both symmetric and asymmetric spinnakers.
The course will be run over both days of a weekend using GP14 and Laser 2000 dinghies, with a mixture of theory and practical sessions.
This is an advanced course. As a pre-requisite you need to be comfortable rigging, helming and crewing a double handed-dinghy to at least RYA L2 standard in wind strengths up to F4, on all points of sail.. You must hold RYA dinghy L2 qualification.
The course is offered at a discounted rate for members only.
