Festive Supper - Friday 12th & Saturday 13th December 2025
Members: This catering event is initially open to members only until the 15th November (£20 each)*
Payment is required to secure place/s.
* If you haven't paid by the 15th of November your place/s may be be sold to non-members
If you need to pay by card at the kitchen till (Offline card), please pop into the club on a Thursday evening or a Sunday lunch time to make your payment.
Non-members: From the 15th of November, if any places are left they may be purchased for non-members (£22 each)
Payment methods (to be selected upon booking)
Online Direct Debit, Simple online payment by direct debit (GoCardless). Can be used to make one-off or repeated payments.
Offline card payment, pay with your debit/ credit card at the kitchen till.
You'll receive an order confirmation email (no need to print or bring with you).
Bank transfer payment
You'll receive an order confirmation with instructions on how to pay into the BSC account. If we have not received your bank transfer we cannot prepare your meal. You'll be sent a receipt email when payment has been received.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your meal, please do so prior to the order cut-off time. If you don't cancel your meal within the cut-off time or fail to attend you will still be expected to pay. Cancelling early helps us to try to re-sell your meal/s and cover the cost of cooking and ingredients.
Order cut-off time is the 8th of December.
