The WebCollect service manages  BVAC memberships on-line.  It  allows individuals to apply for membership or existing members to renew a subscription or update contact information.  

Where a payment is due, you place an order  and use the "basket" (which tells you what you have purchased) & "checkout"  (which allows you to select payment pethod) buttons at the top right of the screen to process your order.

Our default preference is for bank transfer in which case when you "checkout" the system will give you our bank details and a unique reference code.  You then use this reference code with your own online banking system to make payment - this way we can match your payment to your subscription/purchase.  At present  you can't enter your card details directly into webcollect. but this may come later.  We stll have to manually match our bank records to the webcollect orders, so it may be a while before your order is confirmed - there is no automatic link between your account and our records.   There is also an option for  sending a cheque or giving cash to the Membership Secretary.  In the future we may add a direct debit feature or Paypal option depending on member demand.

To the right of this screen you will also see Events and Items.  Here you can book onto events (e.g dinners, social outings).
