We have training courses, as well as open sailing on the lakes, in the evenings and during the day for adults throughout the year.

These courses also enable parents to take on their kids and make sailing on Conningbrook Lakes a family affair - even a competitive one as everyone is equal on the water!

Whether you want to gently cruise, or take part in a race, there is something for everyone at Conningbrook Lakes.

We try and have an inclusive approach with adults sailing alongside youth/kids during club sessions.
