Conningbrook Lakes Sailing has courses for children/youth throughout the sailing season. 

Our courses follow the RYA guidelines and syllabus, and enable participants to build their confidence and personal skills as well as their sailing ability. 

Our RYA qualified instructors have the appropriate qualifications and clearances to ensure a safe environment.

Parents are encouraged to take part too (see Adult courses).

Children should be 8 years+ to take part and will start their sailing career at Dinghy Stage 1.
