ACE Fitness Test for all Club Athletes
The ACE Fitness Evaluation for all Club Athletes;
This is a benchmark evaluation held twice a year, approx 6 months apart to allow Athlete & Coach to structure Training programmes.
This is an excellent event for those who are serious about their ski training, working towards selection for Scottish Alpine Team, and for those attending the club's Hinterux Race Training Camp in October.
A fee of £5 is payable in advance ; to be held at Aviemore Community Sports Centre from 10 - 14.00hrs.
All Trainees to bring suitable sports kit for Gym & outdoor Astro Turf & a packed lunch.
