Itinerary
Loading and unloading will be arranged when the location of participants is known. For one lorry we will try to use a central location such as Datchet for loading, unloading and optional trailer storage. If there is demand for 2 lorries then a Northern and a Southern will be considered.
Cost
15 boats @ £575 per boat
If more boats join you will get a refund making the cost :
16 boats @ £540 per boat
17 boats @ £510 per boat
18 boats @ £480 per boat
NOTE : These are per lorry numbers.
Terms
The service is for UKIDA members and is on a strictly first come first served basis. The maximum number is 18 boats so please pay £575 now to reserve your place. If we have less than 12 paid boats on March 1st the service will be cancelled and you will get a full refund, leaving time to make alternative arrangements. If demand reaches 45 boats then UKIDA will seek to provide a third lorry with nominally 15 boats in each.
NOTE : UKIDA is providing the transport and will allocate which lorry is used for which boat and will share the costs evenly amongst all boats even if there are a different number on each of the lorries.
