The 'Waiting List' has reopened and the Dean Gardens is able to consider new applications from households in its catchment area. Applications to be put on the waiting list, should be sent to maureenauld47@outlook.com
The scope of these residential membership qualifications will be reviewed from time to time - to balance the Dean Gardens membership capacity with as wide a ' catchment area' as is possible.
To join there is a one-off Administration Fee of £50 and a Subscription payment of £180 for the first year.
All subscriptions are by recurring direct debit. Members can cancel this obligation at any time and the presumption will be that this is a resignation - with the prompt return of key(s) then due.
Additional Key
Period: 1Note: Only one additional key per household is permitted at a cost of £45 - VAT included.
Replacement Key
Period: 1Only one replacement key will be permitted to members if a key is lost. The cost will be £85.00 - VAT included
New members administration fee
Period: 1The new members' administration fee includes the cost of a key to the Gardens - VAT included.
Annual Subscription
Period: 365Membership entitles you and your family to enjoy The Dean Gardens and to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting. The annual charge is currently £180 - VAT included.
New members
Please ensure you add the administration fee to your basket in addition to the subscription.
Corporate subscription
Period: 365membership allows the Nurseries to bring the children in their daily care into the gardens.
