To Start some time after 13.00ish
No real rules up the estuary to some random mark faster boats will be forced to leave a bit later. As many crew as you can fit on the craft, lots of sails are ok plus paddles and flippers but no motors
So long as it is safe that is sort of OK
To join in you need to register. This is now the official signing on please where you can include you boat class (Topper GP Laser radial etc) and sail number
