A Legacy Since 1870

Founded in 1870, with its first match played in 1871, Ealing Cricket Club (ECC) is one of the UK’s premier cricket clubs. Rooted in West London, ECC has been a cornerstone of the local community for over 150 years, offering both a warm welcome and a tradition of excellence.

Middlesex Premier League Champions – 12 titles, most recently in 2024

Barbados Cockspur National T20 Cup Winners – 2011 & 2015

Junior Development

One of the largest junior sections in Middlesex, with over 500 boys and girls coached from April to August, with winter coaching also provided

29 junior teams across ages 8–17

2025 highlights include winning 10 out of 29 Middlesex Junior Cricket Association Central Area Leagues and finishing runners-up in 6

U15 Boys – County League winners and National Cup regional finalists

U13 Boys – County League and County Cup winners

Victor Ludorum Trophy winners in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025

Charitable Status

A registered charity since 2011, with a public benefit remit to provide community participation in healthy recreation through cricket and other sports, and to advance the education of children and young people.

Grounds

Main ground at Ealing, Corfton Road

Brentfield (added in 2013 following the merger with Hanwell CC), used for some junior matches

Popesfield Sports Ground (developed in 2017 with Ealing Council), providing a third home ground for cricket activities

Ealing CC is Clubmark Accredited, demonstrating that best practice standards are applied to ensure cricket is delivered in a safe, effective and friendly environment.
