Please read the following information before you start.

Membership
Membership
Pony Club Branch Membership is open to anyone (from total novice to those with more experience) up to the age of 25 who has access to a horse or pony, by ownership or loan, and has the means to transport the horse or pony to and from rallies and other events.
Branch Membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase:
2024 Individual Riding Member (those with 1 or 2 riding members in the same household) £86
2024 Individual Non-Riding Member £41
2024 Family Membership (For three or more children, Max 5 members) £212
In addition, there is a Branch Administration fee of £3, per household.

Membership Renewals – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Membership renewals for 2024/2023 will be via the Pony Club PELHAM membership portal, NOT VIA WebCollect. The membership portal will enable you to check and update your contact details, add members and make online payments. You will receive a reminder e-mail when your child’s membership is close to expiring with all the information on how to renew.
For the majority of long-standing members renewal will be due on 31st January, but remember that membership now runs for 12 months from the date of purchase, so if you purchased your 2020 membership after 31st January 2020 your renewal will not be due on 31st January
Area Team Selection 2024 - Please note
Teams and/or individuals will be selected from members who show keen interest in Pony Club and who have attended at least 3 rallies since 1st July 2023 with their team horse/pony, one of which must have been in 2024. Attendance at Camp counts as one rally. If your child would like to be able to participate in Area competitions you must ensure that your membership is renewed and valid.
Please also note that your membership must be renewed and valid in order to attend any Pony Club activity.
