Stand-up Paddleboarding
5 week course on Wednesday evenings. This is a mixed skill session.
- Standing-up
- Efficient forward paddling (standing and kneeling)
- Steering strokes
- Turning your board
- What to do if you fall off
Families welcome.
A gentle paddle along the canal to help you build confidence moving around your board, with some easy SUP yoga along the way. We’ll start with kneeling postures and gradually move to standing as you find your balance. Along the journey, you’ll also learn about the edible and medicinal plants growing by the water’s edge
Minimum number for course to run is 2 people
