Ringway Relay
The event is a 'friendly' between invited local clubs. Teams will consist of 4 runners who will each run a leg. Legs are of varying distances.
Categories are male, female or mixed. A mixed team must consist of 2 male & 2 female runners. Any other combination will be listed as a male team.
The following page will require teams to enter mobile numbers and emergency contact information for each team member. Please have this information ready.
