IOCA East open training - Mersea
We are very pleased to be able to announce that West Mersea Yacht Club will be hosting us for a summer training weekend on 13 and 14 July. As usual these sessions will be suitable for sailors who are able to sail a triangle in a force 3 to 4 and be capable of self rescue as we will be be sailing out into the Blackwater Estuary.
Our lead coaches will be Bryan and Anna Ormond and, depending on interest, we will add more coaches as required. If you cannot see a space available to book please join the waiting list and we will book you onto the training as soon as we have extra coaches - the more the merrier! Places will be allocated on first come first served basis on receipt of payment.
Approximate timings for the day are 09:30 to 17:00, with an optional pizza night on the Saturday after sailing. We will have use of the club changing rooms, restaurant and bar throughout the day.

If you have not yet attended a 2024 IOCA event you can pay a temporary £5 membership (cash please) on the day.
