ABC Course - 2026  

Dear all,

We’re excited to announce that the waiting list for our 2026 Absolute Beginners’ Course is now open!

Whether you're curious about beekeeping or ready to take your first steps, this course is a perfect introduction.

Course Format:

Six online evening sessions starting at 7:30pm, covering the essentials of beekeeping:

1. 13 January – The Honey Bee
2. 27 January – Beekeeping Equipment
3. 10 February – The Beekeeper’s Year
4. 24 February – Preparing The Apiary
5. 10 March – Swarming
6. 24 March – Pests And Diseases

Plus Hands-On Workshops held at the Bothwell Community Garden - details to follow:
