2024 will see several fleets to ensure all youth sailors are racing against sailors of equivelant ability. Changing fleets during the series is possible but results in different fleets will not be able to be taken into acount for the overall series results. The fleets are:
| General Handicap | Any class of boat as long as the sailor is under 19 years on 31/12/2024. |
| Topper 5.3 Gold | Topper 5.3 sailors who are in or have been in the Welsh squad. |
| Topper 5.3 Silver | Topper 5.3 sailors who have been racing for over a year but are not in the Welsh squad. |
| Topper 4.2 | All Topper 4.2 sailors who have been racing for over a year. |
| Topper Training | Topper sailors who are in their first year of racing. |
| Optimist Gold | Optimist sailors who are or have been in the Welsh squad. |
| Optimist Silver | Optimist sailors who have been racing for over a year but are not in the Welsh squad. |
| Optimist Training | Optimist sailors who are in their first year of racing. |
Cost: £20 single handed or £25 double handed.
Completion of 3 out of the 4 race days is needed to be considered for the series.
Medals will be awarded on each race day.

Sat 8th June - Tata Steel SC
