2018 Junior Start Racing Course
This course will follow the structure of the RYA Start & Intermediate Racing Course. This makes it the ideal course for youngsters who have been participating as an intermediate on Friday nights or attained a reasonable level of boat handling skills but are short of experience in racing.

This is a 2 day course and dates are 6th and 7th October. Each day will start at 09:30 and end at around 17:00. The cost is £15.00 with own boat or £25.00 with boat hire and includes the RYA racing manual and any certificates which may be attained. Please pay for boat hire here and book boats here.
A parent or someone acting in loco-parentis must be on-site whilst the sailors are afloat
Wherever possible use of members own boat is ideal as this gives the coaches an opportunity to be more specific in individual sailors techniques and feedback.
Important
On successful completion of your course your name, certificate number and date of issue will be stored for up to10 years. This information allows us to verify or replace your certificate if required.
