Topper Open Meeting 21st September 2019

Schedule
- Competitor registration from 09.30
- Briefing 10.15
- First warning signal 10.55 for Race 1, Races 2 & 3 to follow.
The regatta is open to all boats of the Topper class. Boats sailing with a 4.2 sail will be scored with the same handicap as the 5.3 sail.

Insurance
Each participating boat will be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of at least £3,000,000.
Cancellation
If cancellation is required due to weather or any other unforeseen event, then this will be notified via the llsc.org.uk website prior to the event.
