Pre LLSC Open Training For Sunday 23rd  July

Coaches to include Haydn Griffiths

1. Meet the coach & rigged for 9.30am.
2. Please ensure that your sailor turns up wearing fitness clothing.
3. Bring notebook & pen.
4. There is no galley service. You need to supply your sailor with snacks, drinks and lunch.
5. There is the facility to make your own hot drinks and heat up food.
