We run the RYA First Aid course both at our base in Lyme Regis Sailing Club, and can also come to you at your centre or workplace.

This one-day course covers all the basics on how to provide First Aid to a casualty in an emergency, and will certify you to use Category C (commercial boat) First Aid kits and counts as your First Aid at work (Qualsafe).
