Adult Start Sailing
An introduction to sailing dinghies for beginners with little to no previous experience, based on the RYA - Start Sailing Syllabus this two day course will cover everything you need to know to get afloat under supervision. The course will teach you how to sail in all directions including an awareness of launching and recovery.
What's Included
- Wet-suit, buoyancy aid
- Adult Sailing Scheme Log Book
What you need to bring
- Swimwear, towel, Drinks, Sun-cream,
- Shoes to wear in the water with closed toes
- A fleece type jumper or waterproof can be useful if the forecast is cold.
- Woolly Hats or Sun Hats
- Lunch and Snacks
- Water Bottle.
