Arrive no later than 9.30am

A 3 hour slot on the white water course £20

A great course, not as aggressive as Lee Valley, ideal for beginners, no assessment needed.

Skill; confident paddler with a good wet exit.

Helmets and BA's mandatory.

Snack/drinks/lunch.

Cafe on site.

Changing rooms and showers available.
