Manchester Canoe Club is one of the oldest Canoe Clubs in Great Britain. It was founded in 1933 and became a founder member of the BCU (now paddle UK) since then it has been involved in the development of the sport particularly slalom. We also have a very active white water section while there are a number of people who are keen open boaters and sea paddlers

Our aim is to enable people of all types and ages to enjoy paddling safely on moving water and to improve their skills by providing a community of like minded people.
